Send Sola incident alerts and recovery updates to any Microsoft Teams channel via Incoming Webhooks.
Overview.
For teams that live in Microsoft Teams, the Sola integration brings uptime alerts right into your existing channels. Incident cards include the monitor name, failure details, and a link to the Sola incident — so your team can jump straight to resolving rather than hunting for context.
How it works.
Sola posts formatted Adaptive Cards to your Teams channel via an Incoming Webhook URL. Cards are sent on monitor failure and updated when the monitor recovers. Each card shows the monitor name, current status, time of detection, and a link to the full incident in Sola.
How to configure.
In Microsoft Teams, navigate to the channel you want alerts in.
Click ⋯ More options → Connectors and add an Incoming Webhook.
Name it "Sola" and copy the Webhook URL.
In Sola, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Microsoft Teams.
Paste the Webhook URL and click Save.
Send a test alert to confirm messages are appearing in your channel.
