Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're only charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monitor limit?
Your existing monitors will continue running uninterrupted — we'll never pause them without warning. You'll receive an email notification when you're approaching your limit, and you can upgrade your plan or remove unused monitors to stay within your allocation.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings, and the savings are applied immediately on your next billing cycle.
