Route Sola alerts into OpsGenie to trigger your on-call schedules and escalation policies automatically.
Overview.
The Sola + OpsGenie integration ensures that the right engineer gets paged the moment a monitor fails. Incidents are created in OpsGenie with full context from Sola, and automatically closed when the monitor recovers. Use OpsGenie's routing rules to send different monitor alerts to different teams.
How it works.
Sola uses OpsGenie's Alert API to create alerts when monitors fail and close them on recovery. Each alert includes the monitor name, status, error details, and a link to the Sola incident. OpsGenie then handles routing, escalation, and notification based on your configured policies.
How to configure.
In OpsGenie, go to Settings → Integrations and add a new API integration. Copy the API Key.
In Sola, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to OpsGenie.
Paste your OpsGenie API Key and select your target team.
Click Save and send a test alert to confirm.
