Command+R's API integration platform is deeply embedded in the workflows of enterprise engineering teams. A degraded endpoint doesn't just affect one customer — it can cascade across dozens of downstream integrations. Before Sola, their monitoring was fragmented across three tools, none of which had a complete picture. Alert fatigue was high, escalation paths were unclear, and the team had no reliable way to verify that their SLA commitments were actually being met. Sola now monitors every Command+R API endpoint at 1-minute intervals, with dedicated check groups for different customer tiers and service criticality levels. Enterprise-tier endpoints have their own escalation paths, with automatic incident creation and paging to the on-call lead. Sola's uptime reports give the team accurate SLA data they can share directly with customers, removing the ambiguity that previously surrounded their uptime commitments. The team also uses Sola's status page as their primary external incident communication channel.
